A. Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

2// Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with packaging, tags, and invoice.

3// Returns will not be accepted for:

  1. Personal hygiene products (e.g., masks, undergarments).
  2. Perishable items or customized products.
  3. Products damaged due to misuse.

B. How to Initiate a Return

2// After initial verification, a pickup will be scheduled.
3// The product must be packed securely for return shipping.

3. Refund Process
1// Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
2// Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (bank, Razorpay wallet, card, UPI).
3// For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be done via NEFT/UPI.

4. Exchange Option
